Under the name of "job vacancies", the government is looking for people willing to work without a contract, with wages below the living wage, without security and without dignity, while the relatives of the government sit in state offices with salaries 5 times higher...
At a time when Albania is experiencing a silent exodus due to poverty, lack of prospects, and the miserable treatment of employees, Babloku is back with stale employment propaganda, this time through his minister of "public services", Blendi Gonxhe.
These two, without any sensitivity to the grim reality they have created themselves, are attempting to sell the public a list of 6,000 job vacancies in the private sector, accompanied by euphoric propaganda about economic growth, but without any essential truth within.
Gonxhe has published several requests from various businesses, but from a simple glance it is clear that these are not jobs, but simply places of exploitation. Modern slaves are being hired, with or without schooling, with or without a profession, to work for low wages, without a contract, without rights, without security, without holidays, without dignity.
In a labor market distorted by the state itself, where oligarchs control not only permits, tenders, and concessions, but also the fate of every ordinary employee, where minimum legal rights are not even implemented by large companies, much less by medium-sized and small ones, the words "employment" are just a mask for a slave-owning system codified by government decree.
The minister who calls himself the "architect of digitalization" talks about jobs while in every corner of Albania, workers are leaving. They no longer want to be cannon fodder in construction, tourism or in the kitchens of resorts that are managed by politicians and traffickers together. They are tired of long hours, stolen vacation days, salaries that are not even enough for bread and rent, "insurance" that is paid at a third of the real value, owners who scream at them, threaten them and throw them out on the street every time they no longer serve them.
This is the Albanian reality that Gonxhe tries to paint with the false colors of government PR. Even in the firms of ministers, deputies, oligarchs with names and without names, the treatment of employees is scandalous. Even the owners who receive contracts for 1 euro, who win tenders without competition, who are connected to every link of this rotten state, have neither mercy nor ethics. They are the ones who give -300- 400 thousand old lek per month to workers to keep them at work for 10-12 hours, to tell them to be silent and not dare to demand their rights.
Today, the active labor force in Albania is not leaving because there is no work. It is leaving because there is no dignity. Because there is no human treatment. Because there is no contract. Because there is no life. Even workers from Asia and Africa, who are always poorer than us, are leaving. Because they don't respect you here.
Meanwhile, the government adds 5,000 new patronages to the administration every year. It distributes salaries and positions to friends, wives, lovers and cousins. And for the people, "jobs" with 370 thousand lek. This is why Gonxha's news is not news. Because in this country, people no longer want jobs. They want dignity, dignity that has been stolen from them along with the right to live as human beings in their homeland. And for this reason, they leave. While Rama and Gonxha are looking for new slaves to fill the gaps of the greedy. / Pamphlet
