A day after the Court of Durrës provided the Kaçi family with a protection order, the court will issue a security measure for Lindita Nikolë's driver, Martin Nikolli.

The measure will be given without the presence of cameras and journalists, who are not allowed to film the arrested Martin Nikolla in the glass cage of the court.

The event happened on Sunday, July 30, when Martin Nikolli abused Pjetër Kaçi's sons with baseball bats and then shot in the air with his service weapon.

He was suspended as a guard while he was also arrested by the Durrës police.

In addition to Martin Nikolli, his brother Alfred Nikolli, 46 years old, was also arrested, with 3 charges of "Intimidation", "Deliberate serious injury" and "Disturbance of public peace".
