Bushkolaj: And this information, which should have been an investigative secret, fell into the hands of Stavri Mëhilli, who was able to obtain more accurate data in relation to the coordinates of the properties with the cadastral areas and those properties which were in conflict.
Stavri Mëhilli in this area had an area of about 1,000 square meters of land, but through this data he provided, he was able to obtain a deed of acquisition of the land in falsified ownership that was claimed to be from 1994 and then this deed handed it over to the municipality of Himara.
And then this is where the whole chain of falsifications began, as the municipality of Himara submitted a letter to the cadastre of Vlora, more precisely to the property registration office that was at that time for the registration of this property.
In this letter that he sent, he also received the powers of the district council, as the head of the municipality and his subordinates claimed that they exchanged information with the district council in relation to this property area, which is about 5,500 square meters.
And on the basis of this falsified document, the entire procedure that was concluded in the property registration office continued in a period of 5 days.
