SPAK issues an arrest warrant for journalists Artan Hoxha and Elton Qyno

SPAK has today issued an arrest warrant for the black chronicle journalists Elton Qyno and journalist Artan Hoxha.

According to the sources, it is known that journalist Hoxha is accused of "member of a criminal organization".

The measure of "house arrest" has been requested for him.
