In the video, Xhemal Loka can be seen standing, pointing his finger at his wife, who is sitting on the sofa and shouting in high tones. She defends herself by raising her hands as she sits on the couch inside the apartment.
While the video clearly shows their eldest son, who is in the middle, holding his father so that he does not get closer to his mother.
The video was filmed by one of the family members, who is in the yard. It is still not known when the video was shot, whether it happened during the period when he returned from Greece for the holidays, or before.
Shocking details have come to light from the testimony of relatives, where it is shown that he periodically raped the woman who undertook the extreme act.
The footage was seized by the Prosecutor's Office and, according to the accusation, they prove that the 45-year-old systematically violated his deceased wife.
