Fire in Vaqarr, the oil factory is engulfed in flames

A factory in the Vaqarri area was engulfed in flames this evening.

It is learned that there was only material damage from the fire. Firefighters have made it possible to extinguish the flames.

The causes of the fire at the oil factory are still unknown. 

The police informs that the work has started to investigate the incident.

"On 18.12.2023, in Vaqarr, there was a fire in an oil factory, with the administrator citizen H. S. The fire was extinguished and as a result there was only material damage.

The investigative team is working to clarify the circumstances of the fire", the police announced.
