“Do you know anything, Albin?” – asked Braçe. And you, Erion… do you know anything if our Prime Minister knows anything?

While Erion Braçe asks Albin Kurti about the XUEX fraud, the scheme was built in Tirana, is being developed illegally in Albania and was warned with evidence by the Pamphlet 50 days ago.

“Do you know anything, Albin?” – asked Braçe. And you,

Socialist MP Erion Braçe has come out today with a reaction to the XUEX/TXEX fraudulent scheme, which has made citizens' money disappear and blocked them from platforms, leading them into a new cycle of fraud. He publicly warns that we are dealing with a digital pyramid and calls on citizens to stop buying the lie. So far, everything seems fine. But then, in an absurd twist, Braçe decides to ask Albin Kurti if he knows anything about this story.

Mr. Brace's question about Albin Kurti sounds more like an alibi than a concern. Because the fraud did not happen in Pristina. It was not built in Kosovo. It is not the citizens of Gjakova or Ferizaj who have recruited people on Telegram. It is not those who have built ghost pages, fake identities and promises of free cars and lunches with reimbursement. Everything happened in Tirana. With real, identifiable people. With pages that operate without a license and with victims living in Divjaka, Lushnje, Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë and Lezha.

First of all, where and when did you, Mr. Braçe, find out that Albanians are being robbed in a second and more modern '97? Because if you have read the Pamphlet, we do not want to believe that you have been silent all these 50 days. Most likely, when you went to Divjaka one weekend and asked for some mature cattle, the residents of the area told you about the misery and the disaster that happened to them, that they no longer had cattle to eat because the money had gone... where you already know.

The pamphlet has published this entire scheme word for word. With documents, addresses, evidence, names and the manipulation strategy. We have said it clearly: this is not a crypto scheme from abroad, but an operation built in Tirana. We have called it the “center of digital crime” . We have warned it as a “financial laundry that shames Albania”. We have denounced it as a real and organized danger. And while this network was robbing Albanians every day, the State Police has been silent. Economic Crime has been silent. Cybercrime has been silent. The Prime Minister has been silent. And Mr. Braçe has been silent along with his colleagues.

The real question is not whether Albin Kurti knows anything. The question is why the Albanian state has been silent. Why have these platforms been allowed to operate without interference, even after being warned by the Pamphlet . Why have the victims been left at the mercy of Telegram and the collective euphoria with promised cars and reimbursed lunches. Why have we been reduced to a country where fraudsters operate as regular companies, while those who warn are declared “fake news” ?

Braçe mentions Kosovo because there some of the victims are oriented to “cash out” USDT through individuals who deal with independent exchanges in cities like Pristina or Ferizaj. This activity, although informal, is carried out openly and known in some circumstances, as a tolerated reality due to the lack of full regulation of the crypto market. But this is only the last part of the chain, where the victim tries to extract at least something from the ruins of what he has lost. Because the entire operation is produced in Albania, and precisely in Tirana the same “cash out” process occurs; but completely illegally, through cryptocurrency traders (OTC) who operate in the shadows, without a license, without supervision, without customer identification, and outside any financial control structure. Unlike Kosovo where the activity is visible, in Tirana it happens secretly.

Mr. Braçe, if you really want to help the citizens who are being deceived in broad daylight, stop asking questions in the wrong direction. Don't look for the answer in Pristina, when you know very well that Tirana is the center. All traces lead here. And the silence that has allowed this crime, too, was produced here. Do you know anything Edi? That would be a more dignified question. /Pamphlet
