Among the 20 procurement procedures planned for September 2025 is the tender with the object "Renting vehicles for the needs of the company "Albanian Post", with a limit fund of 1.2 million Euros including VAT, divided into 2 lots:
First Lot: Renting a van, with a limit fund of 985 thousand Euros including VAT and a usage period of 4 years.
Second Lot: Lease of an SUV type vehicle, with a limit fund of 215 thousand Euros including VAT and a term of use of 4 years.
The tender published in the Public Procurement Bulletin dated September 1, 2025, was decided by the Director of the "Albanian Post" Company, Ardit Demiri, on September 26.
Meanwhile, in May 2025, a tender was held for 50 rental vehicles, while cars worth a total of 250 million lek were purchased from the company "Mekrin Motors" owned by the husband of the mayor of Durrës, Emiriana Sako.
The fact that the Albanian Post has 25 vehicles more than it needs for its services, and will pay 1.2 million Euros to rent them, is proof that we are dealing with a financial crisis for the company that has been predetermined.
In this tender, the Director of "Albanian Post", Ardit Demiri, only has the role of signatory, because the one who will receive these millions has been predetermined.
We recall that after the criminal complaint report from the Albanian Supreme Audit Institution (KLSH) against the heads of the Elbasan Municipality and the launch of the investigation by the criminal police and the prosecution in October 2013, the Elbasan gangs managed to rescue their "soldier" Ardit Demiri from prison.
Even at the head of the company "Albanian Post", Ardit Demiri, has been making a mess with tenders for 3 years and is not afraid of denunciations and investigations, because he has a long shield. / Pamphlet
