The addition to the premises that also serves as Olsi Rama's "bargaining office" with ministers and directors, pretended not to be seen by either the heads of IKMT or the chief of police, Ilir Proda, even though it is located at the intersection of Libri Universitari, in an area where 33 premises were demolished to occupy public spaces.
MP Erion Braçe has several times supported and welcomed the prime minister's action to free public spaces from squatters, calling them "villains." But in this case, he has not reacted, even though his friend Gaz Demi's bar, Bar-Cafe "Juna," has an addition on the sidewalk built without a permit and continues untouched.
Braçe is a regular customer of this bar and, although he enters through the door of the occupied extension, he does not say a word about this flagrant case that contradicts equality before the law.
Even the IKMT and the State Police, during field inspections, strangely did not identify the violation, even though it is located in the center of Tirana, where other occupied spaces were demolished with fanfare and cameras.
It is said that Edi Rama himself intervened to prevent the "Juna" addition from being touched, or at least none of his subordinates dared to touch it, since the bar belongs to Gaz Demi and is frequented by Olsi Rama, ministers, and central directors.
For them, "Juna" has become a shopping center and informal office where the darkest power deals are made.
If there was no direct order from the Prime Minister, this is the moment for him to act, showing that there are no double standards. Also, this is the time for Erion Braçe to show whether his principles of legal equality also apply to his friends, or remain mere propaganda on social networks./ Pamphlet
