On Monday, Prime Minister Edi Rama promoted the investment in the photovoltaic energy park in Devoll with a special video; at the moment when Sali Berisha came out of SPAK and swore that Edi Rama's drug gang and the thieves who have benefited from his deals will be taken back every penny and every asset they have stolen.
We do not know if Edi Rama published the video intentionally, as a reminder and hypocrisy signal for Sali Berisha, but according to official documents, it turns out that the partner in the Photovoltaic Energy Park in the village of Tren in Devollit is the DP MP, Bledion Nallbati, former mayor of Devollit. He has 36% ownership of this energy park, disguised under his father's name, Tomor Nallbati, while 64% of the ownership is held by Isuf Berberaj, born and residing in Fier.
This energy park, MP Bledion Nallbati and Isuf Berberaj have named "Sun Beat System sh.pk".
The Devoll energy park company was established on August 14, 2019, or 20 days after Bledion Nallbati left his post as mayor of Devoll, while when he was mayor, he was given 50 hectares of state land.
On December 21, 2019, or 5 months after the DP MP, Bledion Nallbati, had left office, his father, Tomor Nallbati, purchased 36% shares of the company "Sun Beat System sh.pk" of the Devoll energy park, at a price of 100 thousand new lek, when the founding capital was 30 million new lek, while the investment value is approximately 10 million Euros.
While on May 26, 2021 and February 15, 2024, the 64% share was purchased by citizen Isuf Berberaj at a price of 29 million new lekë, or 288 times cheaper than the father of the DP MP, Bledion Nallbati; but in the Central Bank, his father's shares purchased for 100 thousand lekë are recorded as capital worth approximately 1.1 million new lekë.
The photovoltaic energy park was granted to the Sali MP by decision of Prime Minister Edi Rama, while on July 21, 2022, the Energy Regulatory Authority, with Decision No. 193, granted License No. 519, Series P22, for the production and sale of electricity until 2047.
This case also proves that the leaders of the DP and the SP are so entangled in dirty deals and interests that they share state assets and concessions, where they launder stolen millions, while in parliament and the media, they make a spectacle by accusing each other of being thieves.
Even the DP MP himself, Bledion Nallbati, during electoral meetings with the diaspora in the US, Italy and Greece, repeated Sali Berisha's oath that the assets that the SP government members and the oligarchs and mafiosi associated with them will be seized and returned to the people.
