From the investigative report, 5 facts and logical conclusions result, which are pure evidence, that Arben Ahmetaj has been announced with an "Arrest Warrant" for the Tirana landfill, when he is not part of the government group that carried out the affair.
FIRST EVIDENCE/ According to KLSH and according to SPAK's own report, Arben Ahmetaj has rejected the project, the procedure, the practice, the cost and the start of the concessionary process of the landfill, not giving prior approval, neither in principle nor for its finalization.
SECOND PROOF/ After 4 exhaustive refusals to block the process with official letters from the former Minister of Finance, Arben Ahmetaj, Prime Minister Edi Rama, through the secretary Engjëll Agaçi, advanced the Tirana landfill procedure by diktat and in violation of the law.
THIRD EVIDENCE/ In the SPAK file for Arben Ahmetaj's arrest warrant, the KLSH's finding is missing, that the procedure for the Tirana landfill was continued by order of Prime Minister Edi Rama and was carried out by Engjëll Agaçi, Lefter Koka and Erjon Veliaj, while Ahmetaj had blocked it as anti-economic.
FOURTH EVIDENCE/ The contract was signed on August 31, 2017, when due to the SP-PD agreement of May 17, Arben Ahmetaj was not Minister of Finance for 4 months.
FIFTH PROOF/ The procedure of transferring the emergency fund to the Ministry of Environment for the Tirana landfill was carried out in July 2017; while the financial effect of the implementation of the contract to Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, started on the day of signing the contract, when the representative minister of DP in the government "Rama 2" had the signature and seal as Minister of Finance of Albania.
Ahmetaj can be criticized for some spelling mistakes in the rejection answers he sent back to Agaç, Koka and Veliaj, but he should be praised for the implementation of the law and should be acquitted.
