Despite the fact that they are friends and partners of Bablok, in addition to Pëllumb Gjoka, SPAK should also handcuff Gjergj Luca and Roland Ziu, as co-traffickers, eliminating rivals and money launderers; and to return to the state the assets and concessions that they received for free under the guise of strategic investors...
We start with 2 facts, related to traffickers of a group with international activity and accusations of many murders of cocaine rivals, casinos and prostitution in the years 1998-2005, which after 2013, Prime Minister Edi Rama made strategic investors:
1. One day after the arrest of the trafficker oligarch Pëllumb Gjoka, the 'fisherman' Gjergj Luca, published a video working in one of the facilities donated by the government, where he declared: - I am working by myself, because I have everything by the sweat of my brow, with honest work and not with dirty work.
2. On June 20, 2019, the trafficker Roland Ziu created a yacht and sailing company called "Albanian Sailing Club", in partnership with Bledi Çuçi, who when he was Minister of Agriculture gave him nearly 5 million Euro tenders and tens of hectares of agricultural land for free .
To the head of SPAK, Altin Duman, saluting him for "awakening", we are reminding him of a joint report of the DEA, the FBI and the EU Anti-Trafficking Agency, sent to the General Prosecutor's Office and the Prosecution of Serious Crimes and published in 2008. where it says:
- During the years 1998-2005, in Albania, the Balkans, Turkey and several EU countries, a structured criminal group carried out cocaine, women and rival murder activities. The group consisted of: Gjergj Luca (director), Pëllumb Gjoka, Roland Ziu, Jani Morava, Artur Gjini and Arjan Andoni.
The leaders of the group, Gjergj Luca, Pëllumb Gjoka and Roland Ziu, with the income from criminal activity, have created fishing businesses, casinos, restaurants, car sales, building activities and hotels in Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, Lezhë, Shkodër.
In the years 2005-2013, Luca, Gjoka e Ziu have been arrested several times and released due to alleged lack of evidence, or have been symbolically sentenced to prison time.
However, SPAK only arrested Pëllumb Gjoka, one of Gjergj Luca's "soldiers", accused of money laundering and ordering murders, but did not touch the head of the mafia group Gjergj Luca and his right-hand man Roland Ziu.
From the connections with the heads of power, they have been filled with tenders worth millions of Euros and have received wealth and concessions for free, even Bablok has made them "strategic investors" with public assets.
For example, with Decision no. 19/6, dated 15.7.2021, signed by Prime Minister Edi Rama, trafficker Pëllumb Gjoka, through his gambling company "Imperial Group" in partnership with Gjergj Luca, was granted strategic investor status for the resort "Silver Sand" with an area of 13 hectares forest and state land in Velipoja, but permission was also given for a casino in one of the basements of the "Rozafa" restaurant.
Trafikantit Roland Ziu Babloku i ka dhënë falas koncesionin 35-vjeçar “Porti e Jahte-Veleriave “Marina Rodon” te Kepi i Rodonit, si dhe koncensionin 30-vjeçar “Terminali i udhëtarëve e taksive Tiranë-Elbasan-Pogradec-Korçë-Devoll-Kapshticë-Ersekë” duke i dhuruar 25 mijë m2 tokë shteti, ndërsa Bashkia e Tiranës financoi ndërtimin e 11 mijë m2 objekte.
Trafikantit Gjergj Luca, Babloku i ka dhuruar 105 mijë m2 sipërfaqe objekte të Rezervave të Shtetit në Labinot-Elbasan; 29 mijë m2 repart ushtarak në Gramsh; 11 mijë Park i Mjeteve të Minierës së Përrenjasit; 400 m2 në ish-Fabrikën e Sheqerit-Maliq., liqenin e Xarrës në Butrint dhe 5 zona detare për peshkim e zhvillim rasat peshku në Vlorë, Sarandë e Kavajë.
