The Chairperson of the High Prosecutorial Council, Mirela Bogdani, has reacted after the denunciations made by "Pamfleti", calling the frauds of the Head of the Fier Prosecutor's Office, Elion Mustafaj, regarding his years of education at the Faculty of Law and the completion of his Master's studies, "slander".
Dealing with official documents
- The Head of the Fier Prosecutor's Office, Elion Mustafaj, has stated that he completed his full-time studies at the Faculty of Law in 2007, but without stating the year in which he began his studies.
- The head of the High Prosecutorial Council, Mirela Bogdani, states that prosecutor Elion Mustafaj completed his studies in the years 1999-2003; that is, 4 years before the statement made by the prosecutor.
- The Head of the Fier Prosecution Office, Elion Mustafaj, has stated that he worked as Chancellor in the Durrës Prosecution Office full-time from 2004-2007.
- The Head of the High Prosecutorial Council, Mirela Bogdani, states that prosecutor Elion Mustafaj worked as Chancellor at the Durrës Prosecutor's Office until 2005; that is, 2 years less.
- The Head of the Fier Prosecutor's Office, Elion Mustafaj, declares that he completed his "Master's" studies in the years 2006-2008, a time when he was a full-time student in the first 4-year university cycle.
- The Head of the High Prosecutorial Council, Mirela Bogdani, admits that prosecutor Elion Mustafaj completed his "Master's" studies in 2006-2008, but does not explain or investigate the fact that during his "Master's" studies, he was simultaneously a first-cycle student at the Faculty of Law.
The logical question is this: - Did the Head of the Fier Prosecutor's Office, Elion Mustafaj, deceive the Head of the High Prosecutor's Council, Mirela Bogdani, or did both of them cooperate?
Evidence that the KLP is not investigating
In the official reaction, the Head of the High Prosecutorial Council, Mirela Bogdani, does not mention and has not launched an investigation into the scandal that the Head of the Fier Prosecutor's Office, Elion Mustafaj, in violation of the decriminalization law, employed his wife Najada Mustafaj, in the company "Puka LLC", of Dorian Puka, convicted in England for house robbery and under investigation for drug trafficking and money laundering in Albania.
The head of the KLP, Mirela Bogdani, does not mention at all and has not launched an investigation into the scandal in which the Head of the Fier Prosecutor's Office, Elion Mustafaj, removed from the "Bankers" file the wife and daughter of the Secretary of the General Prosecutor's Office, Luan Abazi, who certified the false economic-financial balance sheets of "Bankers".
In fact, it is the Head of the High Prosecutorial Council, Mirela Bogdani, who has deceived with Decision No. 6, dated January 10, 2025, to allow the Chief Prosecutor of Fier, Elion Mustafaj, to be a lecturer in magistrate training, saying that there is no disciplinary measure against him.
