The new king of the online betting monopoly Olsi Rama and the mafia group Fidel Ylli, Dajlan Avdia of the Tirana clock tower, Endri Meksi etc., who will take this monopoly with shares distributed in 10 fictitious licenses, want the real profit maximize it.
It is about the profit they will declare, after their income, expenses and profit will be declared as much as they want, because they will not be controlled by taxes, but by the concession company "Moligix" owned by Olsi Rama and Endri Meks.
This Olsi concession, which will control the business income of the monopoly group predetermined by Bablok, can present such data, that it is not surprising that they issue balance sheets with losses, or income and expenses with zero profit.
But the greed of the betting mafia, in order not to pay any taxes and duties, has thrown them into the attack to change the betting bill again, activating their boss Edi Rama.
By his order and in serious violation of the Constitution, the Ministry of Finance has started the work to change again the betting draft law, to exempt the companies from any type of tax, leaving only the payment of 15% of the income as a contribution for sport and art.
Even this 15% obligation will be determined by the income that the new betting king Olsi Rama and his partners will declare, which could be 10 or 20 million Euros per year, when according to the feasibility plan, the expected income from betting online, will be at least 200 million Euros per year.
Leaving the 15% payment per year which is equal to 30 million Euros as contributions to sports and expenses, the monopolistic betting bosses are left with nearly 170 million Euros in net profit per year.
But they are greedy, and with the support of the prime minister as a family involved in the betting business, they are changing the draft law for the sixth time, to remove any tax.
In addition to the exemption from the 15% profit tax and 20% VAT, they will determine in the draft law, the exemption from the 11% local and central annual tax, which all other businesses are required to pay; such as the removal of taxes 13% and 23%+22 thousand ALL per month for salaries over 30 thousand ALL; for salaries up to 200,000 ALL and salaries over 200,000 ALL.
