On April 22, 2021, an audio material was published, where the character was the head of the Vaqarr Administrative Unit, Gentian Myrta, who demanded a 30 thousand Euro bribe from a resident of the area, to sign a false land acquisition act and take it to the Cadastre for registration.
He called it slander and fabrication and stated that he would file a report with SPAK for what they fabricated, but for 4 years, he has not filed a report, while SPAK has not started any investigation into this case, which is one of the hundreds of deals of the head of the gang and land grabber in the 11 villages of the Vaqarr area.
As evidence for SPAK, regarding the crimes committed with the lands of former police officer Gentian Myrta, during the last 15 years Mayor and head of the Administrative Unit of Vaqarr, "Pamfleti" is publishing several deeds that were discovered by the Albanian Supreme Audit Office in 2023.
- Mayor Gentian Myrta has sent to the cadastre 17 thousand m2 and 11 thousand 924 m2 of land in Vishaj and Damjan, which are outside the borders of the village of Arbanë, which do not appear in the commission's register and the Report dated 25.03.2021, which he sent to the Municipality of Tirana and the Cadastre.
- For 11 years, he held in mortgage the 2 lands with deeds 45 and 73 in the villages of Vaqarr and Allgjatë, not submitting the files to the Cadastre and submitted false data for land no. 83/14 in the village of Gropaj.
- In the plan-survey dated 23.10.2020, the canal was included as public property, in property no. 76/48, with an area of 3900 m2 and 1100 m2 of private building in the village of Gropaj, although it is not on the list of lands in use, for which there are complaints that Mayor Gentian Myrta has robbed it.
- In 17 cases, it has submitted lands for registration with falsifications, deficiencies and irregularities in the documentation, such as form no. 6; false survey plans and surface differences for sales and transactions of state property in favor of beneficiary entities.
- In 3 cases there are no determinations for the positioning of state property no. 135, type "pasture" in Vaqarr with a surface area of 9140 m2, for which there are complaints that the mayor Gentian Myrta himself has robbed it.
- There are no definitions for changes in the areas according to the initial registration of the property of the type "field" with no. 294/6 with an area of 4500 m2 and the property of the type "field" with no. 339/3, with an area of 2000 m2 and the property no. 46/12 with an area of 2094 m2.
- He left out of the register, property no. 320 with an area of 4600 m2; property no. 313 with an area of 900 m2 and property no. 340/2 with an area of 1600 m2, which he did not even include in the explanatory report dated 21.01.2021 sent to the Municipality of Tirana and the Cadastre.
Mayor Gentian Myrta has erased the list of excess land areas owned by the state in the Vaqarr unit, because he has made false documents from these lands and has stolen 88 hectares; where are the areas he has stolen with false documents.
Specifically, 10 thousand m2 of land in the village of Prush sold for 700 thousand Euros; land in Sharra worth 1 million Euros; land in Vishnje worth 600 thousand Euros, land in Arbana worth 400 thousand Euros and the land where he built the business complex where the "Xhangolli Hypermarket" is located in Vaqarr, registered in the name of his wife Elvana Myrta.
The Administrative Unit-Vaqarr, until December 31, 2022, has distributed 2037 ha of land, of which 1604 ha are arable, 220 ha are orchards, 22 ha are vineyards and 172 ha are olive groves; but 277 ha, Mayor Gentian Myrat has given with false papers after the completion of the land distribution process in this municipality.
There are 578 hectares of land left in state ownership, which Mayor Gentian Myrta has allowed residents and his family to use without rent, but has also allowed construction without a permit after the deadline has expired; because according to reports from the SHISH and Anti-crime, he takes bribes.
