Since November 4, 2022, the trafficker Trifon Murataj has been declared wanted, but his company "Bana King" continues the activity of importing bananas from Ecuador, where he used to buy cocaine, and even advertises in the media and sponsors television, comedy shows and those for child.
The police, "FAST Albania", "Interpol Tirana" and SPAK agents, are acting as if they cannot detect the trafficker Trifon Murataj, when they know that he lives and runs his business in the oligarch Bashkim Ulaj's tower in the center of Tirana, and communicates I have coffee with some senior police officers.
Everyone expresses surprise as to why the activity of the "Bana King" company is not blocked and its assets are not seized, when this company was used for cocaine trafficking?
The assets of the owner Trifon Murataj are not being seized either, although he is under an "Arrest Warrant" and wanted, for which the Anti-Mafia Law obliges SPAK to seize all real estate, vehicles and bank accounts; even the American DEA has submitted evidence that Trifon Murataj has trafficked tons of cocaine from Ecuador to Albania.
But no action is being taken against his business and assets, as was done for other traffickers, or for those who were caught selling drug doses and watering cannabis on the plots of the bosses.
According to information from sources within the National Bureau of Investigation, SPAK has refused to take a request-decision to the Special Court, to block the activity of "Bana King" and the seizure of its assets and that of the trafficker owner Trifon Murataj.
According to the information, the agents of BKH have submitted as early as February 2023, the report of the identification of the assets that Trifon Murataj has in the company "Bana King", bank accounts, houses, villas and apartments in Albania and the USA, agricultural and livestock farms, business import-trade of meat, yacht, luxury car and gym.
In cooperation with the experts, they submitted to SPAK the balance report, between business income and luxury life assets, that Trifon Murataj makes as a family between Albania, America, Dubai and Montenegro, where they found that many of them are with the source of cocaine trafficking activity, among them 145 vehicles.
On the contrary, let the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, make a public explanation, why he is not blocking the activity of "Bana King" and does not seize any of its assets of the trafficker owner Trifon Murataj, when the Criminal Code forces him, according to the crime for which, SPAK imposed the measure "Arrest with prison" and declared him wanted./ Pamphlet
