Details have been made public from the lawsuit against 37-year-old woman of Albanian origin, Lorna Hajdini, who is accused of sexual abuse of an employee of the financial company JP Morgan, where she holds a management position.
According to the lawsuit filed in the Supreme Court of the District of New York, the employee — identified anonymously as John Doe — claims he was drugged and then raped by Hajdini. He has chosen not to make his identity public because of threats he and his family have received.
The lawsuit also includes allegations against JP Morgan Chase, alleging that the company enabled the abuse and retaliated against him after he reported the incident. He says he was placed on leave against his will, his reputation was damaged, and no action was taken against those involved.
On the other hand, the document states that, although several employees have cooperated with the investigation, the complainant himself has refused to participate and provide evidence that could support his claims.
According to the complaint, the events began in the spring of 2024, shortly after the two began working together. In early May, the complainant alleges that Hajdini intentionally threw a pen near his desk and, as he bent down to pick it up, began to molest him.
"Oh, did you play basketball in college? ... I love basketball players ..." he declared.
According to him, the advances became more frequent and more direct. On one occasion, when he refused an invitation for drinks, he claims she reacted with threats:
"If you don't... quickly, I will destroy you... never forget, I own you," Doe claims.
He adds that, despite her constant rejections, Hajdini also threatened her professionally, making it clear that career advancement depended on her compliance with his demands.
"You're going to have to earn it, my little Arab toy," Doe claims she told him during a work event at a private club.
According to the lawsuit, during the same activity, she continued to touch him inappropriately, escalating the situation into a sexual assault. Two witnesses are cited in the document as supporting parts of this account.
The complainant also claims that he was faced with threats and racist language to force him to perform sexual acts.
