President Donald Trump seemed to have a hard time keeping his eyes open at a media event themed "Making Healthcare Great Again."
The president spoke for about 10 minutes, then sat down and listened to other speakers, including Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Mehmet Oz.
As Oz spoke, Trump's eyelids seemed to grow heavy.
The president has just returned from a long weekend in Scotland, where he held meetings with several European leaders and played golf at his resort.
Trump has been accused of dozing off in public before, most notably during his trial last year in the Stormy Daniels case. Trump was often seen in court with his eyes closed during testimony.
Trump's lawyer insisted that he was simply "concentrating" and also closed his eyes "to relax."
New York Times journalist Maggie Haberman said that "people around" Trump confirmed that he dozed "sometimes," but at other times he was awake with his eyes closed.
