Hamas and Hezbollah attack the Israeli army: You will return with 'black

Israeli Gaza military attacks on civilians continue, with Hamas and Hezbollah continuing to respond with rockets and drones rigged with explosives.

Heavy shelling took place overnight against the town of Beit Hanoun, as the Israeli army announced it had "completed the encirclement" of Gaza City and breached Hamas' defense lines.

Meanwhile, amid diplomatic pressure on Benjamin Netanyahu for a humanitarian ceasefire and a temporary ceasefire, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken is visiting Tel Aviv today.

"Our soldiers have completed the siege of Gaza City, the center of the terrorist organization Hamas," Israeli military spokesman Daniel Hagari said, a week after the ground operation in the Palestinian enclave began.

Almost simultaneously, Hamas' armed wing warned that Gaza would be a "disaster" for Israel and its soldiers would leave the enclave "in black bags", ie dead.

At the same time, the Lebanese organization Hezbollah announced that it launched simultaneous attacks against Israeli army positions and, for the first time, used drones equipped with explosives.

Israel has hit Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon with airstrikes and artillery fire, in a sharp escalation of the blockade.

Israel "cuts all contact" with the Palestinian enclave

Meanwhile, the Israeli government announced overnight Thursday into Friday that it will proceed with the repatriation of all workers from Gaza who were on its territory when Hamas's offensive on areas of Israeli territory began on October 7, after it "ceased all ties" with the enclave, where the Palestinian Islamic movement rules.

"Workers from Gaza who were in Israel on the day the war started will be sent back," the security cabinet said in a statement.

In general, "if Israel cuts all ties with Gaza, there will be no more Palestinian workers" from the enclave in the country, he added.

The Gaza Strip has been under relentless bombardment by the Israeli military in retaliation for Hamas' unprecedented attack on Israel, which killed more than 1,400 people, mostly civilians, on October 7, according to Israeli officials.

Israeli attacks on the Palestinian enclave have killed more than 9,000 people, most of them civilians, according to Gaza's health ministry, and UN experts warned yesterday that the Palestinian population is now at "serious risk" of suffering " genocide".
