US President Donald Trump also declared: "We have the largest military in the world"
United States President Donald Trump made new statements regarding Iran today.
"You see what we did in Iran. Iran is eager to make a deal. We'll see what happens. But we hit them hard," the US president declared. He then added, "and we had no choice, because Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. It cannot have one."
The US president also commented: "we have the greatest military in the world," referring to the attacks on Venezuela and Iran.
On the other hand, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei, commenting on the visit of the top Pakistani general to Tehran, stated today: "although these exchanges are becoming more frequent, they are a continuation of the same diplomatic process. We cannot say for sure that we have reached a point where an agreement is close."
