The President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vučić, during a television interview, stated that the 3 Kosovar policemen were captured on Serbian territory, as he added that the Serbian troops did not cross the administrative line.
He further said that he is at a crossroads as to whether there will continue to be peace or not, as according to him Kurti wants to provoke war and conflict at any cost.
" Kurti's special forces were arrested 1.8 kilometers from the administrative line in the shelter Orahovo - Gnjilica. I guarantee that no soldier of the Serbian army and no policeman entered the administrative line. These people have nothing to look for in the area of Tresava - Batnik without the approval of KFOR. We have testimonies and recorded conversations, video and audio conversations that know that KFOR was not informed about this. We are at the crossroads of whether we will continue to have peace or not. Aljbin Kurti wants to provoke war, he wants conflict at any cost ," said Vucic.
He also spoke about Pristina's decision to ban the import of Serbian goods in Kosovo and Metohija. Vucic said that Kurti cannot do something like that according to the regulations that exist today. According to him, with this action of Kurti, the people in the north of Kosovo will starve.
" He cannot stop the import of Serbian goods according to the regulations that exist today. They are not allowed to do so under CEFTA. They want to kill the people in the north of Kosovo, leave them without bread, milk and everything else. These people get most of their dough from Rashka. This shows Pristina's intention to expel the Serbs from Kosovo and Metohia forever ," he said.
