The spokesperson of the European Union, Peter Stano, has reacted to the kidnapping of 3 Kosovo policemen by Serbian forces. He said that the EU is in contact with Kosovo, Serbia and KFOR to understand more about what happened.

In a reaction to the Express newspaper, he stated that Kosovo and Serbia should refrain from actions or calls that tense the situation even more.

" We call on Kosovo and Serbia to refrain from any action or reaction that may further contribute to raising tensions. We repeat the EU's call for immediate and decisive de-escalation ", Stano stated.
