TIMS Scandal/Enforcement Malaveci unlimited access to the system, the Commission

The investigation launched in the prosecutor's office in Tirana, related to the scandal of cloning the personal data of all Albanians in the TIMS border system, is expected to extend to the senior leaders of the Albanian National Chamber of Executives.

The chairman of this chamber, Tedi Malaveci, has been put at the center of the scandal for unauthorized intervention in TIMS and the theft of computer data of thousands of Albanians.

Malaveci is believed to have had access to many information files in TIMS, and for this access he has become part of a special verification by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana and the Parliamentary Investigative Commission.

The President of the Chamber of Albanian Bailiffs, according to the documents served to the Investigative Commission, which will then become part of the investigative file in the prosecutor's office, had full access to TIMS, simultaneously blocking the police's access to his own and relatives' data. and his closest collaborators.

It is not known with what motivation Ervin Muça justified the access of Tedi Malaveci to the TIMS computer system, who is a person who has no connection with the State Police or even a simple policeman.

Since the name of Tedi Malaveci, his co-habitant, Aida Jaupllari, associates Nevila Xoxe and Rone Veizaj appeared in the documents, many questions have been raised by the investigation group on the President of the National Chamber of Bailiffs.

Why did Tedi Malaveci need access to the data of Albanian citizens? Did Tedi Malaveci use this access to TIMS as blackmail and against whom?

And the strongest suspicions of the investigators are that if, through this unlimited access to TIMS, Malaveci could have supplied TIMS data and information to various criminal groups in the country?

The scandal is expected to shed light on the cooperation and interest of the former director of TIMS, Ervin Muça, who is now under investigation and locked in "house arrest" with the head of the chamber of bailiffs, Tedi Malaveci.

"Ora News" has learned through the official documents presented to the Investigative Commission and the statements of the deputy Salianji himself, fully confirming that the person standing behind, as a shadow of this scandal, is Tedi Malaveci.

Two days ago, MP Ervin Salianji decided to ask the General Director of the State Police, Mr. Rrumbullaku, in the Investigative Committee:

"...if he knew that the citizen Tedi Spiro Malaveci, who has no function in the State Police, do you have information that he has access or had unauthorized access to the TIMS system..."?

Round answered:

"... Mr. Chairman of the Commission, this question is about sensitive data. When the next person comes here, he will make available to you the practice for you to learn the truth in relation to this finding. You will absolutely learn the truth only after the next person comes...”

Tedi Malaveci, the current head of the National Chamber of Bailiffs, is a person sentenced for drug trafficking to one year in prison by the Utrecht court.

The court's decision states that in 1997 Tedi Malaveci was sentenced to 1 year of imprisonment by a final decision by the Central Court of Utrecht in the Netherlands and served his sentence in a regular security prison from May 21 1997 to August 26, 1997, for the criminal offense of trafficking in narcotic substances under the name Teodor Malaveci.

After serving his sentence and being repatriated to Albania, Teodor Malaveci, on July 25, 2003 the president of the national chamber of bailiffs, changed his name at the Office of Civil Status Unit 9, making the change from "Teodor Malaveci" to " Tedi Malaveci".

Meanwhile, in 2003, Malaveci worked as a judicial police officer at the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana and declared that he had not been convicted before.

As a result of concealing the sentence, he was accepted into the ranks of the OPGJ of Tirana, openly violating the law of the time.

Currently, against Tedi Malaveci, a report has been filed in SPAK by the private executor Fatos Alimadhi, who requests from the Special Prosecutor's Office, criminal prosecution against Malaveci for the charge of "Abuse of duty", "Forgery of seals, stamps or forms", " Illegal benefit of interests" and "Appropriation of state title or office".
