In the interview, Ivanka Trump also spoke about the health challenges of her husband, Jared Kushner, who has twice battled thyroid cancer. She said that this difficult period, along with the loss of her mother, prompted him to seek help through psychotherapy.
"I had just left Washington. Jared was diagnosed with thyroid cancer for the second time and then my mother died," she said, emotional.
