According to BBC reports and published documents, Slovakian-born Marcinko was closely associated with Epstein for several years and worked as a pilot on his private jet. However, she has never been charged or convicted of any criminal offenses.
Her name has returned to the spotlight after the publication of emails and investigative materials, suggesting that she was part of a close circle of people around Epstein.
According to the investigation, Marcinko was one of four women included in a 2008 agreement that granted them immunity as “potential collaborators ,” and two of them are expected to be questioned by US lawmakers . Some congressmen are calling for the investigation to be expanded to include her.
The released documents also show communications between her and Epstein, including emails discussing their relationship and contact with other girls. However, there is no published evidence that it involved minors.
In her statements to federal authorities, Marcinko has claimed that she was under strong psychological and physical control by Epstein , including constant pressure and manipulation.
After Epstein's arrest in 2019, she cooperated with the FBI , which subsequently considered her in several reports as a possible victim of an abusive relationship.
Today, she has withdrawn from public life and reportedly lives in New York , where she is involved in spiritual activities.
The case has sparked widespread debate in the US over the dividing line between victim and accomplice in cases of abuse and trafficking, while Congress is expected to decide whether Marcinko will be formally called to testify.
