Dervish Hasi is a doctor at the Tirana Sanatorium, who has been working as a surgeon there for years. But in addition to being a doctor, Dr. Hasi is an early acquaintance of the State Police records. Which recently arrested him, after there were complaints from the family members of a minor girl, 14 years old, with whom he had a relationship.
The police, in the investigations, discovered that the doctor was not only held as a Muslim practitioner, but had also convinced the minor victim to be a fanatic.
Meanwhile, the police discovered that the doctor, even though he was considered a fanatic, was a slightly "modern" type, as he filmed intimate acts with his partners and shared them with others.
In a cold logic, the opinion has no reason to attack as a pervert a subject who in this case is also a doctor, who likes to be a 'voyager' or even a documenter of his intimate events. After all, they are part of his life.
But the police, rightly, have started in the fact that we are dealing with a case of a serious violation of the Penal Code, since he had intercourse with a minor, 14 years old, which would cause a scandal in any normal country in the world.
But as soon as this case became public, which has become part of a TV show debate, there are people who are defending it. But why do they protect him? They defend him precisely by saying that Dr. Dervishi was a Muslim practitioner. And even? This is exactly where the problem starts, since the case of Dr. Dervish is a personal case and has nothing to do with the phenomenon or religion.
The doctor agrees with the lawyer and defends himself. Perhaps all is not as it seems. But why are people defending him who are called representatives of Muslims on TV shows?
A believing Muslim has no reason to defend a doctor who abuses a minor. After thinking that the minor could be his sister, cousin, friend, or neighbor. And as such, it should be punished. As a Muslim, he at least adheres to the 10 commandments of the Old Testament of Moses, where a believer is forbidden to cheat on his wife.
Well, let's not get into a complicated theological discussion. We are in a country which, as morals, traditions, customs, or even the state after all, does not accept the act of the Sanatorium doctor. So he left the law to deal with him.
The defense against him that is being shown on the screens seems to be being used as a "golden" opportunity to introduce into the public debate an argument that is foreign here, and has not been planted, even though the seed has been sown for 30 years - Sharia.
Pra që të përshtatin një mënyrë jetese ndryshe nga Perëndimi, ku një burrë jo vetëm mund të ketë disa gra, por ai nuk mund të gjykohet për rastet kur merret me gratë. Se e bukura e këtyre teoricienëve është se grua quhet edhe një 14 vjeçe, ndoshta edhe më pak, e për shqiptarët që me Kanunin e mesjetës, konsiderohet krimi më i rëndë.
Megjithatë, nëse debati do të ishte kënd vështrim, hajde mirë. Pasi ca e mendojnë kështu e ca ashtu. Pavarësisht cinike, ja që ndodh. Por që në këtë debat të hyjnë njerëz që publikisht përfaqësojnë në opinionin publik intelektualët; në një kohë doktor Dervishi do të hante 20 vjet burg në Turqi, ndërsa në Emiratet e Bashkuara Arabe do ta kalonte jetën në qeli. Që janë vende myslimane.
Po ç’lidhje ka kjo me Shqipërinë, pasi me Kodin Penal Shqiptar, Dervishi është deri në fyt.
Problemi më i madh është fakti i nisjes së këtij debati pro Dervishit, kur doktori në fjalë nuk ka asnjë të dhënë për tu mbrojtur.
Në fakt pikërisht këtu qëndron problemi, pasi në Shqipëri ka një komunitet që e gjen veten te doktor Dervishi. Që si puna e Hoxhës predikojnë shprehjen e famshme: “Bëj si them unë, po jo si bëj unë”!
A ka në Shqipëri një klerik model, apo intelektual model mysliman që të marrë vërtetë simpatinë edhe të atyre që nuk janë praktikantë?
Padyshim që ka!
Një nga këto, edhe pse është fanatik apo ekstremist në ide, por i qetë dhe i butë në debat, është imam Justinan Topulli. Mund të ketë edhe të tjerë xhanëm, por fakt është që këta nuk promovohen. Pasi fuqinë e kanë profetë të rremë që shesin size firmato, apo imamë idiotë që kush vdes thonë që e ka dënim nga Zoti.
Alia Izetbegoviç, një nga politikanët dhe mendimtarët më të njohur të myslimanëve në Ballkan, që islamin e njihte në themel ka lënë një postulat: “Islami është feja më e përkorë, por myslimanët janë kopukët më të mëdhenj”!
Këtë shprehje e gjen rëndom në komunitetin e myslimanëve shqiptarë, që e kanë përkthyer në: “Islami është i mirë por jo myslimanët shqiptarë”.
E ky është realisht problemi. Si mund të na tregojnë fenë islame këta kopukë që nuk lënë gjë të ndyrë pa bërë. E këtu nuk futet vetëm Dervishi, por shumë nga klerikët që bëjnë njëmijë të zezat e fitojnë para duke flirtuar me pushtetet, duke shitur e bërë allishverishe me pronat.
Por këtu fajin më shumë se fajtorët realë, domethënë qafirët që abuzojnë, e kanë edhe ata myslimanë që nuk dalin hapur kundër këtyre tmerreve.
Vetë doktor Topulli, pas daljes së këtij skandali ka bërë një status, ku godet ata që e mbrojnë Dervishin, por nuk e thotë qartë, e këtu bëhet bashkëfajtor.

So it is not for nothing that it is said that the middle is the right way", writes Topulli.
