A society that has not reached the mental maturity to know where it is going moves only with historical impetus, and not with the scientific reason for its development.
There are many reasons why we Albanians are in this situation, but I think the main reason is that we, as an Albanian society living in Albania, have not yet been able to build the scientific reason for our historical development, and therefore we are moving in spontaneity.
Spontaneity, according to the Oxford Dictionary, is something that "has been created, happened, or is happening without an external cause or stimulus." That is, it has come about naturally or freely, without any external conditioning, which in our case is science.
And therefore this is our journey, which must necessarily not be left to spontaneity, but come gradually in a scientific manner.
But is the current social situation in Albania capable of transforming this type of spontaneous method from spontaneity into a central scientific concept for development?
No. The current government has no way of replacing the spontaneity of our social development with a development that must proceed according to certain scientific principles, which have been proven and have yielded results in the world of Western countries of this civilization, where Albania and Albanians are today part.
