There are no honest judges and prosecutors in the justice system; only the price of corruption changes.
Today, by chance, I met someone who is part of the justice system. I was talking to him about the new judges and I said, "It seems like these new judges and prosecutors are honest..."
She gave me a calm look and without hesitation, she said, “Arben, looking for an honest judge or prosecutor in Albania is as difficult as finding a virgin woman… in a maternity ward… giving birth.”
I laughed, but not out of joy, I laughed with irony, understanding her direct attack. It was so sincere and ruthless that I couldn't help but appreciate it. I promised her that I would make this expression public, because it was striking and ironic and summed up reality.
In justice, there are no honest judges and prosecutors; only the price of corruption changes. Some are more "expensive", some are "cheaper", but the result is always the same, corruption triumphs, while honesty remains an impossible luxury.

Pa çmontuar sistemin që ngriti Ramiz Alia dhe qe e sofistikuan më tej me radhë, pa themeluar pluralizmin politik shqiptar, nuk ka si të ketë sistem drejtësie .Sa herë ta ngresh do ta zhys në batakun e vetë 'Paria e Tiranës'. E korruptuar deri në palcë.
