Only in this way could Berisha and his followers be saved from a trial and punishment as dignified as the continent's greatest crime of this century deserves.
The line that separated the visible crime from the invisible crime was drawn on the afternoon of January 21, 2011. The line was the thinnest when Ambassador Arvizu of the United States spoke. He declared that 'Sali Berisha behaved like a statesman'.

At the moment when the three bodies and one seriously injured (Alex Nika) were taken from their families, the American ambassador praised the prime minister. In other words, the law was saved, the evidence of the murder was saved, and Western civilization itself was saved, which does not allow the government to kill unarmed people, much less free protestors.
There, the day and night of the world's worst crime in this century were separated. Berisha had proven that he hid the bodies. People do not ask why a court case is not opened for Remzi Hoxha, killed and disappeared by Berisha's government. If he had done this with the four killed at the government's doors, then the criminal act would have gone into the night and would never have been discovered.
Only in this way could Berisha and his followers be saved from a trial and punishment as dignified as the continent's greatest crime of this century deserves.

If there were no bodies of victims, then they could have served the crime. Now it is impossible. The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg has decided to call the murder of the four a 'state crime', and has ordered the Albanian courts to try it as such.
There is no longer any need for 'evidence'. The government has killed unarmed people, free people and protesters who are the very necessity of the common system of democracy. The last time a government committed such a crime was in Mao Zedong's China and the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia. The most recent one happened in Bangladesh, a few months ago, and for this the Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina, was sentenced to death this week. Whereas on the European continent it has not happened since the Hitlerite Holocaust. Crime and history scholars have considered the crime of government murder as genocide, democide, political murder and mass murder.
All qualify for the January 21 murder in Tirana.
If it allowed Berisha's crime to go unpunished, then Western European civilization itself would be trapped.
