A serious road accident occurred this afternoon on the Rrogozhinë-Lushnje highway, near the village of Golem.
According to preliminary data, it is learned that a "Volkswagen Golf" type vehicle collided with a Zetor type agricultural vehicle from behind. The collision was strong, causing the agricultural vehicle to move for several dozen meters along the road.
As a result of the accident, three people were injured: the driver of the tractor and two passengers who were in the "Golf" vehicle. The traffic police report that the injured have been transported to the hospital and are out of danger.
According to police, it is suspected that the Golf vehicle was traveling at high speed at the time of the collision. However, the full causes of the accident are expected to be determined by the relevant expertise.
Meanwhile, another accident was recorded a few moments ago on the Old Beach road. It is reported that a "Ford" type vehicle crashed into a motorcycle used for pizza delivery. As a result, the driver of the motorcycle was slightly injured and was transported to the hospital for medical assistance.
