Two passers-by were injured by the fall of the scaffolding, the police provide details

The Tirana police have released details about the serious event in Tirana, where two passers-by were injured as a result of the fall of a scaffolding.

"On 22.01.2024, around 10:10, on the boulevard "Gjergj Fishta", the scaffolding of a building under construction fell, and as a result, 2 citizens (passers-by) HL, about 70 years old, and I. Sh., about 45 years old.

The two injured are in the hospital, under the care of doctors.

The building engineer, citizen KS, and NS and AP workers were accompanied to the Police premises, for further procedural actions.

The investigative group is at the scene and is working to clarify the circumstances of the incident," the police announced.
