A dead body was found this afternoon near the "Black Drin Bridge" in Kukës. According to the Kukës Police, the body belongs to a man in his 50s, but has not yet been identified.
A preliminary examination of the body revealed no signs of violence, raising suspicions that it could have been caused by natural or accidental causes. However, investigations are continuing to fully clarify the circumstances of the case.
" Around 16:00, the Operations Room of the Kukës Police Department received a notification that the body of a still unidentified male citizen was found near the 'Black Drin Bridge'. The preliminary examination did not reveal any signs of violence. The investigation team continues to work to identify the body, as well as to fully document the circumstances of this case ," the police statement said.
