The investigation that SPAK had launched into the criminal group that had planned the assassination of former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja led to the discovery of the group that filled the whole of Europe with cocaine. Well-known names of the criminal world, such as Palurent Dervishaj, the repentant Erion Alibej, but also businessmen Artur and Klevis Hoxhosmani, the boss of 'Cinco', Ermir Ndreaj, were part of the group with 16 members in total who trafficked at least 6 tons of cocaine, with a market value of 411 million Euros.
Report TV has obtained the SPAK file, which reveals all the episodes of cocaine and hashish trafficking that the group mainly trafficked from South America to EU countries. One of the members of the group is the boss of 'Cinco', Ermir Ndreaj, who was arrested in Palasa while enjoying the sunshine on a luxury yacht. Even in communication with the members of the criminal group with whom he trafficked cocaine, Ndreaj preferred to be called by the nickname 'Cinco', a nickname referring to the famous Cinco Cavalli nightclub that he owned.
Another businessman, Artur Hoxhosmani, was known by the nicknames "burrelsi", "lambo", "santucio" and "santucio nee". His brother Klevis Hoxhosmani had the nicknames "keli" and "Santucio brother". Ilir Lloshi, who is still wanted, was called 'Licja', while another businessman, also wanted, Elidon Skëndaj, was known as Bisha and Bisha New.
SPAK has uncovered at least 5 episodes of cocaine trafficking, where the order was also given by Cinco's 'boss' Ermir Ndreaj himself. This detail was revealed through conversations on SkyECC between businessman Ndreaj and Artur Hoxhosmani, as they discussed exactly 4 days after the seizure of almost 1 ton of cocaine at the port of Belgium, in April 2020, which was part of a total shipment of 4 tons. In the conversations, Ndreaj admits that 809 packages of the cocaine that were seized were his.

Ndreaj and Hoxhosmani, collaborators with Palurent Dervishaj, had planned in detail the trafficking of this cargo from Ecuador to Belgium. The drugs were hidden in a truck with wooden pallets, but the truck driver 'betrayed' them. The port employees had realized that something was wrong with it and had passed the truck for inspection, even though the three had people infiltrated the port working on their behalf.
" Based on the mentioned quantity of 809 pieces and the date of communication (4 days after the seizure), it is confirmed that the orderer of the narcotics of about 809 pieces, in this episode, is precisely the other collaborator of the investigated Plaurent Dervishaj, identified as the person under investigation Ermir Ndreaj ," the SPAK file states.
In conversations with Artur Hoxhosmani, Plaurent Dervishaj appeared upset about the drugs being seized from him.

For this file, businessman Elidon Skëndaj, who is suspected of hiding in Dubai, as well as another person identified as Ilir Lloshi, are also wanted. For this file, this group will be tried separately from the investigations into the group that planned the murder of the elected DP MP, Arjan Ndoja. Thus, a second security measure has been issued for Dervishaj and Alibej, while the other members of the group are still under investigation.
The operation resulted in the seizure of 43,470 euros and 5,000 Swiss francs, as well as 3 cars, including a luxury Mercedes Benz AMG G63. A luxury yacht, manufactured in 2025, was also seized. The searches also yielded 2 luxury watches, Rolex and Richard Mille, 16 mobile phones, 19 international bank cards and foreign bank account details in Dubai, Germany, Italy and Panama. A professional drone, 8 hard drives and other sophisticated electronic equipment were also seized. 3 unlicensed pistols were found in Artur Hoxhosmani's house. /Shqiptarja.com
