A gunshot murder occurred today in Kamza, where the victim was 48-year-old Lulzim Visha.
He was found dead in the car he was driving, which belongs to the Postman company, which delivers packages throughout Albania. Visha was on his way to work when the incident occurred. The investigation team and forensic doctors are also seen there, who are conducting an examination of the scene.
It is learned that the victim is the brother of citizen Besnik Visha. The latter shot and killed citizen Refik Domi in 1997 for weak motives near the Agricultural University of Tirana.
It is suspected that Visha was killed as a result of old enmity.
On June 29, 2001, the Tirana District Court sentenced him to 12 years in prison for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Murder" and "Unlicensed Weapon Possession".
"On 24.01.2025, at around 07:40, on "Shën Stefani" street, in Zall Mner, citizen LV, 48 years old, resident of Kamëz, was found without signs of life, inside a vehicle, suspected of being killed with a firearm.
Police services are at the scene. Meanwhile, the investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is working to clarify the circumstances of the incident, identify and apprehend the perpetrator(s).
"Furthermore, you will have more detailed information about the case ," the police announced.
