Skemë e cila i kishte sjellë Aleksandër Lahos më herët përplasje me një tjetër bandë kriminale në qytet atë të Plarent Dervishaj, i cili edhe nga ky nga ana e tij kishte si qëllim vendosjen nën thunder të Kadastrës së qytetit dhe më pas tjetërsimin e pronave në bregdet, të cilat figuronin shtet. Përplasje të cilat kulmuan me ngritjen e armëve.
Fillimisht me atë që njihet si atentati në fshatin Koxhas të Shijakut, atentat i ndodhur më datë 20 Qershor 2019, ku Plaurent Dervishaj dhe grupi i tij ranë në një pritë të armatosur.
Por që shpejt u kuptua se këto plumba ishin një peshqesh për trojet në bregdet. Ku edhe pse Dervishaj dhe të tijët nuk dhanë emra se nga kush i kishin dhuratë këto plumba, nuk do të vononin disa muaj për të kuptuar se nga kush e kishin këtë shpërblim.
Sulmi me armë në mbikalimin e Shkozetit, me 1 Nëntor 2019, ku një togë qitësish qëlluan me armë zjarri ndaj makinës në lëvizje ku udhëtonin prokurori i Durrësit Arian Ndoja dhe miku i tij Aleksandër Laho, njohur si ‘Rrumi’.
Atentat ku mbeti i vdekur më pas në spital Andi Maloku dhe u plagosën rëndë prokurori Ndoj dhe miku i tij në sediljen e pasme të makinës, Aleksandër Laho. Plaurent Dervishaj i ekstraduar nga Dubai, që pranoi së fundmi para gjykatës se objektivi ishte pikërisht ‘Rrumi’.
‘Rrumi’ që përpara kësaj ngjarje mbante mbi supe një akuzë nga SPAK. Atë të ‘korrupsionit aktiv të zyrtarëve që ushtrojnë funksione publike’.
Hetim që ka lidhje pikërisht me tjetërsimin e pronave në bregdetin e Durrësit. Por që doli në pah pas korruptimit që ai i kishte bërë drejtuesit vendor të Avokaturës së Shtetit në Durrës.
Hetim që nisi pas atentatit në mbikalimin e Shkozetit ku gjatë ekspertimit teknik të telefonit të ‘Rumit’, grupi hetues gjeti në të foto dhe video që përmbanin dokumente kadastrale, që lidheshin me toka bujqësore si edhe troje shtetërore në bregdet.
Ekspertim i telefonit të ‘Rrumit’ që do të nxirrte në pah të gjithë mekanizmin se si ai vepronte. Dhe njëkohësisht se si ai ndërsente të gjithë bandën e tij ndaj zyrtarëve vendorë.
