Nikollë Sherrniku will give an account before the justice for the charge of "creating the conditions to commit murder" in relation to the Don Bosco massacre where the bartender Mimoza Paja was killed during the attack on Fatjon Murat's bar.
The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has finalized the investigations and is expected to submit the file to Sherrnik for trial.
According to the prosecution, during the time he was under house arrest, the defendant traveled from Albania to Germany, where in a service owned by a citizen from Kosovo, he got targets, which were used in the massacre of Don Bosco.
After the incident with one person killed and 5 injured, the perpetrators burned the vehicle used in the crime in the village of Likmetaj.
It turned out that the vehicle was equipped with a German license plate, and investigations revealed that it was exactly Nikollë Sherrniku who, a few months before the massacre, had stolen the license plate at the service station in Gladbeg, Germany.
The defendant disputes the charges and claims that he has nothing to do with the incident, but he now has to face the court.
On the evening of March 12, 2023, a platoon of snipers shot with gunfire the bar owned by the brothers Fation and Ervis Murati on the street 'Anastas Shundi' in Tirana, an event where the bartender of the bar Mimoza Paja was killed and her granddaughter was injured, only 10 years old.
Shehat Murati, Astrit Memaj, Genci Shaholli, Ermir Dajçuk and Emanuel Çala were also injured. The event is suspected to have happened for revenge motives.
