A serious accident occurred this Sunday afternoon in Tirana, where a 28-year-old man lost his life.
According to the police, the incident occurred on the Baldushk-Vishnje road, where the citizen with the initials BZ is suspected of losing control of the motorcycle he was driving and crashing into the side barriers of the road.
As a result of the collision, the young man died on the spot. Meanwhile, the investigation team continues to work to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident.
"On 22.03.2026, at around 13:50, on the Baldushk-Vishnje road, citizen BZ, around 28 years old, is suspected of having lost control of the vehicle and the vehicle collided with the side barriers of the road. As a result, the 28-year-old lost his life.
"The investigation group continues its work to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident. The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
