The identities of two employees of the Inspectorate for Territorial Protection in Tirana, who were arrested by order of SPAK, have been revealed.
They are Greald Fuçia and Edmond Çela. After months of investigation, SPAK has discovered that they were taking money from businesses and citizens to avoid reporting illegal construction. They were together in a bar in the Kombinat area at the time they were arrested.
Meanwhile, it is learned that Klajdi Zhilla, the driver of the IMT director, and another person are being sought.
The Territory Protection Inspectorates have become hotbeds of corruption. This is also evidenced by the action that the government has launched to free up public spaces. It is clear that illegal constructions have been carried out under the noses of these inspectors.
