This tense incident occurred at polling station 0871 in Fushë-Milot, at the 9-year school "28 Nëntori", where two citizens, Kastriot Preng Perdoda and Asti Lleshi, were involved in a verbal conflict.
According to preliminary information, the dispute began within the security perimeter of a school and ended outside this perimeter, after an argument between them, Euronews reports.
After harsh words were exchanged, it is suspected that Kastriot Perdoda fired a gun once in the air, outside the security zone.
Police have launched investigations to clarify all the circumstances that led to this event, while authorities are working to ensure that the electoral process at this center will continue without obstacles.
It is reported that Kurbin police services have been dispatched to the scene.
