It was a dispute between families of Albanian origin that led to the end of a violent fight in tragedy, on Wednesday evening in Tavullia (August 7), in the province of Pesaro Urbino.
During a heated argument, Dritan Idrizi, 38 years old, was fatally stabbed three times in the chest, while one of the wounds was unfortunately in the heart. Despite desperate efforts to save him at the Cattolica hospital, the young man, the father of a minor girl, lost his life due to three fatal blows.
The Italian media "ADN24", the fight broke out along the road that connects Tavullia with San Giovanni in Marignano, where Idrizi, who previously had another surname (Dritan Xhepexhiu), accompanied by friends armed with sticks and irons, had gone to resolved a financial dispute of 5000 euros, related to construction works. But the situation quickly degenerated, giving way to blows, punches, the use of cold weapons and hard tools, such as hammers and sticks.
The perpetrator took advantage of the moment, grabbed a knife and attacked the victim.
"In addition to Idrizi, during the fight it is reported that three other people were injured, with a prognosis of up to 40 days", reported the media of the neighboring country.
At the moment there are no arrests, but the Carabinieri of Pesaro are investigating the charges of murder, attempted murder and serious injury and the perpetrator has been identified, but his name has not been made public. The same media also reported that the victim previously had a criminal record, was investigated for issues in the field of narcotics, but was currently a free person and not wanted.
