The prosecutor's office of Elbasan has requested life imprisonment for Ardit Hida, who is accused of killing Florenc Kovac and wounding his brother after a fight over a girl.
The quarrel that ended with the murder of Florenc Kovaç happened on November 5, 2021 in Elbasan, where the author's 14-year-old sister, Ardit Hida, is suspected to have been the cause.
The latter had gone to meet the Kovaçi brothers, this after the 14-year-old had a relationship with one of them, Mikel Kovaçi.
Notice of the prosecution
In order to notify the public and the media, it is communicated that:
The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction has given the final conclusions in the framework of criminal proceedings No. 1695 of 2021, in charge of the defendant Ardit Hida accused of committing the criminal offense of "Murder in other qualifying circumstances " provided by article 79/dh of the Penal Code to the detriment of the victims F. Kovaci and M. Kovaci, event that occurred on 05.11.2021 in the place called "Old Sport" Elbasan, where the defendant intentionally shot with a vehicle sharp in the direction of citizens M. and F. Kovaci, causing the death of citizen F. Kovaci and seriously injuring citizen M. Kovaci.
In conclusion, the guilty declaration of the defendant Ardit Hida, for the commission of the criminal offense of "Murder in other qualifying circumstances" committed against two or more persons, of which one remains in the attempt provided by article 79 letter " dh" of the Penal Code, and based on this provision his sentence to life imprisonment.
