Another name is Pëllumb Abeshi, the chairman of the Expropriation Commission set up by order of the Ministry of Environment at the time when this department was headed by Lefter Koka.
The arrest warrant was issued for Erjon Murataj, member of the Procurement Commission for the Tirana Incinerator. Bledar Karoli, former official of the Ministry of Energy, is also on the list. Even Alba Thoma, who has held important positions in the Ministry of Justice, up to the position of head of the General Regulatory Directorate of Justice Affairs.
Valbona Ballgjini, is another name, former member of the Tirana Incinerator Procurement Commission. Taulant Tusha, Director of Public Works in the Municipality of Tirana and close friend of Veliaj. Likewise, another director of Tirana Municipality is Namik Simixhiu, a former member of the Tirana Incinerator Procurement Commission. Also on the list is Sidita Kopliku, a member of the commission for the development of the Tirana concession procedure. The other two names are Jetmir Llapaj and Sidita Tola.

We remind you that some time ago, the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime imposed a seizure measure on "Integrated Energy BVSPV", the company that owns the Tirana incinerator concession, but in the meantime the concessionaire has benefited from the taxes of the Albanians about 9.9 billion about 95 million euros according to data from the balance sheets submitted by the National Business Center.
The data from the financial statements show that the income of "Integrated Energy BVSPV" was much higher than the data from the treasury of the Ministry of Finance, because in addition to the funds for the investment of the incinerator, the company received payments from the municipalities of Durres, Kavaja, Tirana for waste management.
The data from the balance sheets show that Integrated realized 9.9 billion lek in revenue during the period 2017-2022, of which 24.7 billion lek (23.8 million euro were profits).
Revenues increased from ALL 1.2 billion in the first year of activity in 2018, to ALL 1.7 billion in 2019 and ALL 2.3 billion in 2020, to peak at ALL 2.6 billion in 2021, when the incinerator was added and the garbage of Durrës, according to the official data in the balance sheet./ Pamphlet
