The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, said that he asks SPAK not to drag out the issue of the Rama-McGonigal affair.
In an interview for "Syri Tv", Bardhi said that a letter addressed to the USA is enough to withdraw a copy of the file, where according to him the prosecution proves the guilt of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Regarding the case, Bardhi emphasized that he sent a request to Altin Duman for information regarding the investigations, which he received, but that he cannot speak for the sake of investigative secrecy.
"My report is public. I have not signed any documents. I have filed a report on this matter. I believe it is proven. The prosecution does not need to do in-depth investigations on this case, it is enough to get the file of the American justice, where there is also the relevant evidence, where the US prosecution has come to that conclusion and the investigation is closed.
A letter addressed to the USA is enough to withdraw a copy of the file and the prosecution proves the guilt of Prime Minister Edi Rama, that he has bribed a foreign official to get favors and then in exchange for that, he has also given him favors and this is proven as far as the tender related to the oil fields is concerned.
In the context of this report, I asked the head of the prosecution some time ago for information about what is being done with my report. I received a corresponding answer from Mr. Dumani in accordance with the law.
In that letter, I was obliged in accordance with the law to maintain the confidentiality of the information that was forwarded to me by the prosecution. And I have maintained the confidentiality of the information conveyed to me. But I find the opportunity to make a public call for the investigation not to be delayed and for a complete and impartial investigation in this case ", said Bardhi.
