"Not even Saint Cosmas can defeat Rama", Beleri 'blow' to

" We, as minorities and Orthodox, have Saint Cosmas, in whom we believe a lot. We say that even Saint Cosmas, if he were to face the regime of Mr. Rama, would lose."

"The DP bodies must do something to end this tyranny, why not resign. Explaining that the problem in these elections was not Berisha, Mr. Berisha was a privilege ," he said.

Such a statement was made by MEP Fredi Beleri to "MCN Live", commenting on the opposition's result in the May 11 elections.

He added that the main reasons for the election results are what the OSCE-ODIHR says, state interference in the elections, massive vote buying and selling.

Beleri said that the opposition should look within itself and try to sensitize the international community to the regime, stating that there is no question that the elections were stolen.

" These are standards that cannot be accepted in a European country. It cannot happen that people who are entering the political scene for the first time have surpassed former ministers and important ministers in votes."

There is a hand here, another reason is that in Albania the administration is about 180 thousand people. When state intervention occurs, there is no democracy.

How is it possible that in a country where 1 million people have been missing in the last ten years, everyone is happy?

Why do these people who vote on Sunday and Monday appear on screens and say that it can't be done anymore and that we should leave this country?

Where is it that 80% of prisoners vote for the government, while all over the world prisoners punish the government? There are no free elections here!

The minorities did not come to vote because they do not have faith. The way to fight the regime is through elections. What is the point of a rally after the elections?

Elections are a celebration of democracy. The police have no right to say no to the protest.

I want to tell citizens that protest and political will must be expressed on election day.

The Albanian people must suffer the consequences of this choice they made.

For me, there is no value in any rally or demonstration a week after the elections, even though the elections were stolen.

I am from the PBDNJ, I cannot lecture the PD.

The larger opposition must look within itself and try to raise international awareness about this regime.

There is no question that the elections were stolen, this was known before.

We must convince citizens that we should not expect La Civita, any German or Greek to solve our problems.

Every country has its own interests in Albania. For me, the opposition has no excuse.

Why did the small parties that have no consumption, both Mr. Shehaj and Mr. Lapaj, why didn't the Albanian citizens embrace these parties? It's because of the opposition.

This regime is killing democracy. We need a reaction, first and foremost, from the people.

I have my own information that in Greece, the patronage workers, the public administration were there 2-3 months ago and were conducting mass registrations.

If 15 envelopes were delivered to a house where 2-3 people lived, the procedure was not in order. The Albanian administration moved to Greece.

"For me, the diaspora vote has problems, but the procedures stated by the CEC and international procedures have not been followed ," he said.
