The Municipality of Durres appoints the new deputy mayor...
Immediately after the May 11 elections, Edi Rama launched an action in the country's main municipalities, issuing ultimatums for the removal of incumbent vice mayors and directors.
All the mayors obeyed Babloku and removed the people they had appointed. The argument was that they were not working properly and new, dedicated names were needed. Several competitions were even opened.
It was all just to throw ashes in the eyes of Albanians, as Rama's directors simply switched places with each other. Their own faction was appointed to the post, while it seems that in some sectors those connected to gangs have also infiltrated.
Among the first to make new appointments is the Municipality of Durres, led by Emiriana Sako. Egert Hoxha has been appointed to the position of Deputy Mayor. He replaces Renis Mullaj, who became hospital director.
But who is Egert Hoxha?
1 year before the 2025 elections, Hoxha was appointed director of OSHEE-Durrës. After his appointment, this directorate was completely under the orders of the crime bosses in Durrës, Shijak, Shkozet, Sukth, Krujë, Kavajë and Rrogozhina.
All together, they worked hard on May 11th and secured Rama 8 mandates in Durrës. They joined forces to steal votes, manipulate results, and exert pressure so that Babloku could receive a fourth mandate.
In 2015, Egert Hoxha was appointed Director of the Energy Sales Sector at OSHEE, where he covered the collection of funds for SP votes through the theft of income and the deletion of bills, for those families who voted SP in the Durrës District.
Meanwhile, in April 2024, after the evidence he provided for the 2017, 2019 and 2021 elections, in engaging gangs and collecting votes, Egert Hoxha was appointed Regional Director of OSHEE in Durrës.
Egert Hoxha's first actions after being appointed director of OSHEE were: dismissing the correct sector managers, engineers and skilled specialists; hiring 120 additional employees, deleting unpaid invoices for the businesses of family members, friends, SP and government officials and families of criminals with whom he is in a group. Now it seems that Egert has been rewarded for his contribution. / Pamphlet
