12 opposition parties have joined this Friday to sign the creation of the United Opposition Federation.
But Lulzim Basha's place at this table remained empty.
Basha has been invited to be part of the union, but apparently he has decided to continue the journey alone.
The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, commented on his rejection.
"In two years, the divided opposition has been a very good gift for the government of Edi Rama, whoever is responsible for what the citizens expect today has received a good message, that we have all come together to oppose the government until it is overthrown. of Edi Rama and made a reliable alternative. The discussion was open for any party, anyone is free if they want to join the opposition Federation, it was an initiative of the allied parties that was supported by the PD and the allies. The parties that have declared themselves are determined to be in opposition. Whoever is in the opposition and feels in the opposition, the only way to get stronger is all together, united around ideas, I don't see any other way. We must all come together to be stronger", said Bardhi.
Shpëtim Idrizi, head of PDIU, was not part of the Federation either.
Meanwhile, Ilir Meta aligns himself with these opponents by sending Petrit Vasili and Erisa Xixho as representatives.
