According to him, the latter is innocent until the investigations in our country and abroad are finished. Therefore, Hoxha emphasized that we must respect the system and the constitution.
" Justice has the right to investigate any person, any politician, and everyone should be subject to it, but Mr. Berisha is no exception, he has demanded since the first day that he does not hide from justice. 'I will fight my battle'. He is in his right and I believe he is right in what he says. He is innocent, until the moment when all the steps and links of justice in our country, but also outside our country, are finished. In order to respect the system, we must respect the constitution, the constitution is above everything and in the case of Mr. Berisha for his confiscation and prohibition to leave the territory of the Republic of Albania, the court's decision and SPAK's request was a constitutional violation, because if this thing would have come on the first day in the assembly of Albania, I think we would not have this kind of debate at all ", he said.
