Former MP Luciano Boçi commented on the trial against Sali Berisha regarding the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.
Boçi said that there is an atmosphere of violence in the way SPAK has acted against corruption and that the court has acted in this case as if it is a superior force in Albania.
" According to the Constitution in Albania, every citizen is offered a fair judicial process and protection regardless of the wording of the accusation, even more so here we don't even have an accusation and first the court should have taken into consideration the fact that the procedure for violating the conduct of the accused next to her, not respecting the status of the deputy.
The verification of this fact would cause the court to return the case to the prosecutor's office and the prosecutor's office to follow the verified violated constitutional step because we cannot say that the court is not aware.
The court has acted in this case as if it is a superior force in Albania, as if it has special attributes and it can do anything ," said Boçi, among others.
