The leader of the Democratic Party of Vlora, Atird Hoxha, has reacted sharply after the serious mafia incident in Vlora, where a 30-year-old man was killed.
Hoxha said that the mafia assassination is a clear indicator of the serious and unacceptable public security situation in the country.
While expressing the deep concern of the Vlora PD, he said that the lack of action by the Police and law enforcement institutions has created an environment where crime feels more powerful than the law.
He calls on the State Police and responsible authorities to react with determination and urgency for public safety.
"Yesterday's event in Vlora, where a 30-year-old man was killed in a mafia assassination, is a clear indication of the serious and unacceptable public security situation in the country.
While the head of the narco-dictatorship, Rama, tries to mask the bitter reality through propaganda and video postcards, criminal gangs operate with impunity, sowing fear and insecurity on the streets of Albania.
This is the second incident of this kind in our city within a short period, where criminals act unperturbed, leaving behind a burned car and a traumatized city.
The situation of insecurity in which our citizens find themselves is alarming and unacceptable. People live in constant fear, while the State Police continues to show complete helplessness to react and guarantee public order.
The Democratic Party Vlora Branch expresses its deep concern for this chaotic and dangerous situation. It is clear that the lack of action by the Police and law enforcement institutions has created a climate where crime feels stronger than the law.
"We call on the State Police and the responsible authorities to react with determination and urgency. The safety of citizens must be an absolute priority, and the law must restore control over our streets, showing that no one is above it ," said the leader of the DP in Vlora.
