The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has reacted to the killings in Shkodra, the massacre that occurred this morning inside a bar near the municipality.
"Friends, this morning another massacre with two dead and two injured. In the middle of the city, inside a cafe, the volleys took the lives of two people and two others were seriously injured, one of them a waitress."
The murderer, a man arrested two years ago for collaborating in a crime but released by Tualanti or some other Tualanti to continue his work, had another person killed four days ago.
"Shkodra is deliberately ruled by crime, gangs, self-righteousness and revenge aided by the narco-government. I condemn with the greatest force Ramaduro's vindictive attitude towards Shkodra and its citizens," Berisha writes.
Two people were killed and two others injured in an attack that occurred on Monday morning in the center of Shkodra. The victims are Armando Pali and Liridon Kraja, while the injured are Erogen Vaso, the brother of Denis Brajovic, as well as a waitress who worked at the bar where the three above-mentioned people were sitting, 25-year-old Meri Kaceri.
The suspected perpetrator of the attack, Ragip Gila, was arrested by officers as he was trying to leave the city. He initially left the scene on a motorbike, which he abandoned, and then drove away in a vehicle, but after crashing the car, he continued on foot, but was caught by police in a suburban area.
